We want you to be completely satisfied with your johnnie-O purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the most accurate reason from the dropdown menu provided.

• 3.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 4.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.
